The use of the retention screw for MUA components , from the current 1.4 mm to 1.72 mm to eliminate the unscrewing possibility of MUA components. A smaller size of the cone and the supporting surface, from 4.8 mm to 4 mm.  Less obstruction space  to the benefit of the prosthesis.
