RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1.I-RES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to providing high-quality products and services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the procedures for returning and refunding products.

2. This policy applies to all products purchased from I-RES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, including dental implants sterilization products.

3.Return Eligibility:-
Products may be returned within timeframe, within 7 days from delivery date if:
1. Defective or damaged
2. Non-conforming to specifications
3. Incorrectly shipped

4. Non-Returnable Products:-
The following products are non-returnable:
1. Custom-made or special-order products
2. Sterile products that have been opened or compromised
3. Products used or implanted

5. Return Procedure :-
1. Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from I-RES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
2. Complete return form with reason for return
3. Ship product to I-RES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED within 3 days from RMA issuance
4. Product must be in original packaging, including accessories and labels

Refund
Refunds will be issued within 14 days from receipt of returned product:

1. Full refund for defective or non-conforming products
2. Partial refund for products returned due to buyer error

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of percentage 25% may apply to returned products.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 3 days from placement:

1. Full refund for cancelled orders
2. Partial refund for cancelled orders due to buyer error
